Group Classes |

We offer group classes for all dogs. Puppies through advanced and off leash work.
In the Puppy Class, designed for puppies under six months old, we focus on socialization skills. Typical behavior issues are discussed
as well as an introduction to the commands learned in basic training. Awareness and self confidence is built upon skills taught using agility equipment.

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Award Progam offered to dogs enrolled in Puppy or Basic Training under 1 year old!
Our Basic Training Class will teach you and your dog how to work together while learning the basic commands; sit, stay, down, heel, come and stand.
Intermediate Class will reinforce and proof what is learned in basic training while preparing for off leash work.Testing with distractions and fun handling exercises too. Prior completion of basic training class is necessary.
Advanced Class will review all of the basic commands working off leash. Requires instructor recommendation.
Good Manners will test your handling skills through fun exercises as we meet off site and take it outside for "real world" circumstances.
AKC Canine Good Citizen Prep Class showcases good manners and ends with the AKC recognized award testing during class on week 5. Test fee is included in the class fee or join us just for the test only.
Therapy Dog Prep Class 3 weeks. The instructor will prepare you for what the evaluator will be looking for on test day. Recommended for dogs that are attentive to people, have a good relationship with their handler, formal obedience training, have matured and are not easily distracted. Having a CGC is required for this class along with instructor recommendation.
Canine Targeting, Basics or Intermediate Fun way to motivate your dog to perform by teaching to touch an object, place or person with nose, chin or paw. Learn signals and cues for retrieving & delivering all without the use of collars and leashes. A great way to communicate with your dog for sport, dance, acting, agility or assistance work. It will amaze your friends! Clickers welcome. Must have instructor approval after basic training.
NEW Intro to AGILITY for beginners A well- trained agility dog learns to respond instantly to commands directing him to perform specific obstacles as well as commands causing him to run faster/slower, turn left/right and veer away from/closer to his handler.
Initial agility work begins by introducing the dogs to low and/or smaller versions of the obstacles. Must have completed basic training or have instructor approval.
FUN class:Tricks for Treats Have some fun with your dog playing games and learning how to instruct your dog to perform tricks with positive motivation. Prior basic obedience highly recommended.
Single Session Group Workshops take it to the next level with extra practice & more distractions where it's needed most. Try our "He's just not that into you" for reliable & emergency recalls or " Marley won't walk with me" for loose leash walking & pulling problems. Best for dogs with some training experience with problems in these areas.
Dog Meets Baby for the expectant Mommy (and Daddy) to be, who want to properly introduce their canine best friend to the new member of the family.
Canine First Aid Obtain your Red Cross CPR Certification with Dawn Lowery in this 2 hour class that will prepare you for emergencies working with dog manikins. Open to pre teens also. |

Our classes are kept small and personal for individual atention. Class enrollment is limited to the first 6 completed registrations.
We are dissapointed when you miss out too, so please confirm your class placement by sending a deposit.
Obedience class sessions are for 6 weeks unless noted, held at 100 Corporate Drive B101 Trumbull CT. |
